Optical shops

Management software for your optical shop

Your website, your stock, your sales, your invoices and your customers live in one tool, at the counter or on your phone. Your public page updates itself from the same data. You enter things once, not twice.

AvailableReady to be installed for you. The first shop is being set up.

What you live with

Three places that do not talk to each other

  • The information exists, but it is scattered

A spreadsheet for references, a notebook for appointments, a binder for invoices, the team’s memory for the rest. None of it is publishable as it stands, and nothing kept in two places stays identical for long.

  • The same questions, all day long

What is on display, at what price, in which colour, when the shop opens. By phone, at the counter, on social media. One at a time, and always the same ones.

  • A website that is out of date by tomorrow

A site kept apart from the shop stops being accurate at the first delivery. Updating it means entering everything twice, so it is not updated, so it stops being useful.

A day at the shop

From opening to closing, here is what changes.

Scroll through the day: the screen follows every moment.

09:30Opening
  1. 09:30 · Opening

The shop opens. It has already been found.

During the evening, customers found your website, checked your hours and booked an appointment. The day starts with the schedule already filled.

  2. 10:40 · Stock

A customer picks a frame. It is reserved.

Every pair has a status: in stock, reserved, sold. No more frame sold twice, no more Sunday stocktaking.

  3. 11:00 · The sale

The whole sale in a single window.

Frame, lenses, deposit, payment method. The balance is calculated: there is nothing left to add up.

  4. 16:00 · Collection

The glasses leave. The invoice is compliant.

The balance is collected, the invoice is numbered without gaps, with VAT and your legal details. Nothing to re-enter.

  5. 19:30 · Closing

The day’s report is already there.

Sales, payments received, deposits. At the end of the month, the ledger goes to your accountant as a spreadsheet.

Illustrative interface, sample data.

What the software handles

Your shop, in one tool

Everything is entered once. The internal management and the public shopfront read the same data. That is the heart of the product.

OdOptic
MonturesStockRendez-vous
  • The shop’s own website, in its name and colours: frame catalogue, offers, opening hours, pages Google can read, WhatsApp button
  • Appointments booked online by your customers, landing in your screen for the day
  • Stock, pair by pair: every pair has its status (in stock, reserved, sold, written off), its purchase price and its history
  • A sale in a single window: frame, lenses, deposit at order, balance on collection
  • Invoices numbered with no gaps, VAT by rate, credit notes and a monthly report for the accountant
  • One record per customer: purchases, appointments, and prescriptions protected as Moroccan law 09-08 requires

What changes

You run your shop, the site follows from it

A single entry

You do not run a piece of software and a website. You run your shop, and the website follows from it. A delivery entered in the morning is online in the morning.

Your data belongs to you alone

Your catalogue, your prices, your customers. No other shop has access to it, and you can ask for it back in full at any time, in a format another tool can read.

Nothing to install, nothing to administer

Hosting, backups and updates are covered by the subscription. No server to buy, no software to install on the shop’s machines.

Your numbers

How much time does paperwork take you each month?

Set your own figures. The calculation happens in your browser: nothing is sent.

A sale: a frame, lenses or contact lenses.

Writing the order, working out the balance, finding the frame, issuing the invoice.

Excluding closures and public holidays.

Time spent on paperwork

21 h a month

That is 2.6 eight-hour days every month spent writing and adding up instead of advising and selling.

252

hours over a year

48

minutes every opening day

How we get started

You don’t switch tools on your own.

We install it, we train your team on its own tool, and we stay reachable afterwards.

  1. A one-hour conversation

On site or by video. You show us how you work today; we spot what is costing you time.

    Free, no commitment
  2. Setup and training

The software is set up in your name. Your team learns on its own data, at its own workstation.

    Timeline written in the proposal
  3. Support afterwards

A question, a doubt, a new person to train: you write, we answer.

    Reply within 24 business hours

Frequently asked

What opticians ask

Does anything need installing on the shop computers?

No. The software runs in a browser, on the counter computer as well as on a phone. There is nothing to install, nothing to update, and no server to buy.

Can I change my own catalogue?

Yes, and that is the point: you manage your frames, your prices and your appointments without going through us. You should not have to call us to change a price or remove a model.

Can my competitors see my data?

No. Each shop has its own space, and your information is accessible only to you and the accounts you authorise. That is a contractual commitment, not an option.

Will my accountant accept the invoices?

Yes. Invoices are numbered with no gaps, VAT is calculated by rate, the legal identifiers (ICE, IF, RC, TP) appear on every invoice, and a mistake is corrected with a credit note. Each month your accountant receives the register as a spreadsheet that opens in Excel.

What about my customers’ prescriptions?

They are stored on the customer record, checked before they are saved and protected as Moroccan law 09-08 requires: every access is logged and nothing unnecessary is kept. Prescription entry opens once your shop has its authorisation from the CNDP.
