Terms of use

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These terms govern the use of ddlt-solutions.com. By browsing it, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

This site presents the services and the work of DDLT-Solutions. It is informative. Nothing on it constitutes a quote, a contractual offer, or a commitment on price or deadline. Only a written proposal signed by both parties is binding.

2. Intellectual property

Everything on the site — text, articles, structure, source code, visual identity, photographs — is protected by copyright and remains the property of DDLT-Solutions unless stated otherwise.

You are free to:

  • read, print or save pages for personal use;
  • quote an extract from an article, citing the source and linking to the original page;
  • share a link to any page.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce any part of the content on another site or medium;
  • reuse the text for commercial purposes, including in rewritten form;
  • extract the content automatically to build a database or train a model, without explicit agreement;
  • use the name, wordmark or visual identity of DDLT-Solutions.

Third-party trademarks, names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners. Client projects shown here are published with their agreement, or anonymously.

3. Use of the contact form

The form is for professional enquiries. Unsolicited advertising, unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and any automated submission are prohibited. Clearly abusive messages are deleted without reply.

4. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as is. Despite the care taken with what is published, no guarantee is given as to completeness or currency — the prices shown in particular are orders of magnitude and may change. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

5. Liability

DDLT-Solutions cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of information published on this site, nor for the content of third-party sites linked from it. The technical articles in the Journal describe situations met in production: they are shared for information, and applying them to another context is the reader’s responsibility.

6. Personal data and cookies

How data sent through the form is handled is described in the Legal notice. The site uses no tracking cookies; see the Cookies.

7. Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its update date at the top.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the courts of Rabat have jurisdiction.
