What does a website or a piece of software cost?
A professional website runs between 3,000 and 15,000 MAD depending on the number of pages and how much you administer yourself. Custom software runs from 10,000 to 80,000 MAD, installation and training included. If one of our existing solutions fits your business, going live costs 4,000 MAD, followed by a monthly subscription of 600 to 1,500 MAD covering the licence, hosting, updates and support. The price becomes firm in the written proposal, before any payment.
What is the difference between a ready-to-use solution and custom software?
A ready-to-use solution is software we have already built and proven — installed under your name, configured with your categories and your prices, live within days. Custom software is the answer when your business has rules no existing tool covers: we study how you work before a single line of code is written. The first costs ten times less; the second fits your business exactly.
Why is there a monthly subscription on ready-to-use solutions?
Because what you are using is not a file delivered once, it is a service that runs: the subscription covers the licence, hosting, backups, security updates and support. That is what makes it likely the software still works in three years. There is no minimum term: you can stop at any time, and access to the service stops with it.
If I stop the subscription, what happens to my data?
It stays yours. Before any interruption you receive a full export of your data in a standard format another tool can read: customers, history, documents. We never hold a client’s data hostage to keep them, whatever the payment situation.
What happens if a payment is late?
Nothing abrupt. Two written reminders, then read-only access after thirty days: you still see all your information, only data entry is blocked. Full suspension comes only after forty-five days and a written notice. Access is restored the moment payment arrives, with no reactivation fee.
How long does it take?
A few days to put an existing solution live, two to five weeks for a website, four to sixteen weeks for custom software. The deadline is dated in the proposal. What stretches a project, almost every time, is not the development: it is waiting on content, photographs and sign-off from the client side.
Will I be able to change the content myself?
Yes — it is designed in from the start. You get an admin area to manage your text, photographs, prices and news, plus training on how to use it. You should not have to call us to change a phone number.
Who owns the site at the end?
You do. The domain name is registered in your name, the source code is handed over, and hosting access is transferred to you. You can hand the work to someone else at any time without asking us. It is written into the contract.
What happens if you are no longer available?
You keep the domain, the code and the access. The setup documentation ships with the project, and the technologies used are standard and widely known — any developer can pick it up. We do not build anything that makes you dependent on us.
Is there a hosting bill every year?
Yes, but the amounts are small and transparent: a domain name costs roughly 120 MAD a year, and hosting a website is free on the infrastructure we use. An application with a database needs a server, around 500 MAD a year. You pay those costs directly to the providers, with no margin added by us.
Is my data — and my customers’ data — safe?
Applications are built with role-based access control, passwords hashed and never stored in clear text, automatic backups kept off the server, and strict separation between accounts. Data can be hosted in the European Union where your business requires it.
Do you do search engine optimisation?
Technical SEO is included: page structure, speed, structured data, sitemap, local search. It makes your site eligible to rank well. What actually decides the ranking is content and customer reviews over time — we tell you what to do, and you set the pace.
Do you work with clients outside Morocco?
Yes, mainly in France and Belgium, remotely. The time zone lines up with European working hours, conversations happen in French or English, and applications can be hosted in the European Union.
How does payment work?
In three parts on a project: a deposit at the start, a payment at the midpoint after a demonstration, and the balance on delivery. You never pay everything up front, and every payment follows something you have seen working.
