Veterinary clinics and practices

Management software for your veterinary clinic

An animal’s record found in seconds during the consultation, vaccination reminders that go out on their own, and stock that warns you before expiry rather than after.

In developmentBeing built with a committed pilot clinic. The first places can be reserved now.

What you live with

Three pieces of information, three different places

  • History lives on paper and in people’s heads

A paper register, the vet’s memory, a box in the storeroom. During the consultation, finding an animal’s vaccination history takes longer than the examination itself.

  • Missed reminders cost the most

A vaccination reminder that never goes out means an animal not re-vaccinated and recurring revenue quietly evaporating. Nobody notices, because there is nothing to see.

  • Medicines thrown away for want of an alert

A batch expiring in the storeroom is discovered the day it is needed. And when a batch is recalled, finding the animals concerned becomes an investigation.

A day at the clinic

From opening to closing, here is what changes.

Scroll through the day: the screen follows every moment.

08:30Opening
  1. 08:30 · Opening

The day’s schedule is already there.

Consultations, vaccinations, procedures: reception and every vet see the same day, with no logbook to decipher.

  2. 09:00 · Consultation

The animal’s whole history, on one screen.

Weight, vaccinations, treatments, past consultations. Found in seconds, during the consultation.

  3. 09:20 · Vaccination

The vaccine is given. The reminder is already worked out.

The next reminder date follows the vaccination protocol, and the owner will be notified without the team having to think about it.

  4. 15:30 · Stock

A batch is nearing its expiry date. You know beforehand.

Every batch is tracked from delivery to injection. You use it or reorder at the right time, instead of throwing it away.

  5. 19:00 · Closing

The day is invoiced, with nothing re-entered.

Every invoice starts from the consultation. The day’s total is ready when you close.

What changes

What has to be found quickly, is

One record per animal

Vaccination history, treatments, weight, reported allergies, owner, past appointments. Found in seconds, during the consultation.

Reminders go out without anyone thinking about it

The schedule is calculated from species, age and vaccine. The owner gets the reminder, their consent is kept, and an undelivered reminder is reported to the clinic.

Stock warns before expiry

Every batch is tracked from delivery to injection. Which also means the right animals can be contacted if a batch is recalled, without digging through registers.

Frequently asked

What practitioners ask

Can our existing paper records be brought across?

Yes. Data migration is part of going live: we start from what you have, as it is, and we train you on your own records rather than on a sample set.

Are reminders sent automatically?

Yes, and it is the single thing that changes the most. The next due date is calculated from the vaccination protocol, and the owner is notified without the team doing anything.

Where is the product today?
