Events, service desks, public offices
A queue that fits in your visitors’ phones
Everyone takes a ticket from their own phone, sees their position and estimated wait, and is free to move around until their turn. You install nothing.
BetaPublic screen, agent desk and dashboard in place. The first events can be reserved now.
What you live with
Waiting is still managed by guesswork
The queue is invisible to the organiser
People join the line, nobody knows how long it will take, and you only learn afterwards which desk was overwhelmed. There is no data on what is blocking.
The hardware does not suit an event
Physical kiosks, proprietary screens, an annual contract: existing systems are designed for permanent installations. None of that makes sense for three days.
No way to try before investing
When the first step is buying hardware, there is no modest first step. You commit a budget before seeing whether the solution suits you.
A day at an event
From doors opening to the final report, here is what changes.
Scroll through the day: the screen follows every moment.
- 08:30 · Opening
The counters open. Nothing was installed.
Each agent opens their station in a browser, on the equipment you already have. No kiosk, no screen to rent.
- 09:00 · Arrivals
Everyone takes a ticket from their own phone.
Visitors immediately see their position and estimated wait, in their own language.
- 10:15 · Peak
People wait wherever they like.
Positions update live. The wait does not disappear, but it is no longer spent standing in a corridor.
- 11:00 · Counters
Several counters, never the same ticket twice.
Each agent calls the next person in one tap. Counters work in parallel without stepping on each other.
- 18:00 · Report
The figures for the day are ready.
Attendance, waiting time, counters: you finally know what got stuck, and when.
Illustrative interface, sample data.
What the software handles
Three screens, no hardware
The public, the desks and the organiser all watch the same queue, each from a screen they already have.

What changes
No kiosk, no annual contract
Nothing to rent, nothing to install
No kiosk, no proprietary screen, no annual contract. It works for a three-day event as well as for a permanent service desk.
People wait without standing in line
Everyone follows their position from their phone and stays free to move. The wait does not disappear, but it stops being served standing in a corridor.
Three languages, Arabic included
The public interface and the agent screen both exist in French, in Arabic written right-to-left, and in English. Every visitor reads in their own language.

How many hours does your public spend standing?
Set your own figures. The calculation happens in your browser: nothing is sent.

Time spent standing, in total
500 hours
That is 167 hours per opening day spent standing in a queue. With a ticket on the phone, it is still waiting time, but free to move around.

What organisers ask
Do we have to buy kiosks or screens?
No, and that is the whole point. Visitors use their own phone, and your agents a browser on the hardware you already have. There is no equipment to buy.
What if the network drops on the event site?
That constraint is designed in from the start: on an event site, the connection is not reliable. The system is built to keep working when it weakens.
Can it be used for a single event?
Yes. That is precisely the case kiosk-based systems do not cover. A three-day event is a normal use, not an exception to be negotiated.
